What happens after you contact us.
An engagement is a defined sequence, not a black box. Here is the whole of it — how we scope, who does the work, how testing is kept safe, what you receive, and how we verify the fixes. Nothing here is a surprise once you are underway.

The engagement, stage by stage
6 stagesEvery engagement moves through the same six stages. The detail of each is agreed with you in writing before testing begins.
-
First contact
You reach us by email or phone — there is no form and no sales funnel. We sign a mutual NDA before any sensitive detail changes hands, then have a short conversation to understand what you run, what worries you, and what a successful engagement would prove. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Scoping & rules of engagement
Together we define exactly what is in scope — which systems, accounts and environments — and what is not. The rules of engagement are agreed in writing: testing windows, escalation contacts, data handling, and any actions that are off-limits. You can sketch a scope yourself first; the scope builder produces a starting point we refine with you.
Output: a written scope and rules of engagement, agreed by both sides

The engagement
Certified specialists do the testing by hand. It is attacker-led: we chain findings the way a real adversary would, rather than running a scanner and forwarding its output. A project manager coordinates the work, keeps you updated, and is your point of contact throughout. Testing runs against production only where the scope permits — destructive actions are agreed in advance, and anything that could affect availability is coordinated with your team before it happens.

Evidence & reporting
Every finding is written up with the evidence to reproduce it, a plain-language impact statement, a CVSS score and severity, and a specific remediation. Critical issues are not held for the final document — we raise them the moment they are confirmed. The deliverable is a full report you can act on and share with auditors, not a raw tool dump.
Deliverable: a reproducible, remediation-ready report

Readout & remediation support
We walk your team through the results — what we found, what it means, and what to fix first. Questions from your engineers are answered directly by the people who found the issues. We stay available while your team remediates, so fixes land against what we actually observed rather than a guess at intent.
You get: a live readout and direct access to the testers
-
Re-test
Once you have remediated, we verify the fixes. Re-testing confirms that each issue is genuinely closed — not merely reported as done — and that the fix did not open something new. The result is a clear, defensible record that the exposure has been resolved.
Optional: verification that findings are genuinely closed
What you can expect from us
A few commitments hold across every stage, whatever the target.
- Confidentiality
- A mutual NDA is signed before any details are exchanged, and it governs everything after. Findings, evidence and your data stay between us and your team.
- Method
- Testing is done by hand and is attacker-led. Findings are chained the way a real adversary would, not produced by running a scanner and forwarding its output.
- Production safety
- We test production only where the scope permits. Destructive actions are agreed in advance, and anything that could affect availability is coordinated with your team before it happens.
- Who does the work
- Certified specialists perform the testing. A project manager coordinates the engagement and is your point of contact from first contact to final report.
- Timeline
- Duration depends on scope, so we agree testing windows and a schedule up front rather than quoting a number before we understand the target. Critical findings are reported the moment they are confirmed.
- Independence
- If we are not the right fit for what you need, we say so. The report reflects what we observed, without inflation.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
Tell us what you run and what worries you. We will sign an NDA, scope the work with you, and only then agree how to proceed.
