Services
We provide cybersecurity services and software as described on our website and in individual agreements. The scope, deliverables, schedule and price of each engagement are defined in the applicable agreement.

Pricing & payment
Prices are defined in the applicable agreement and include VAT where required. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Refunds
Unless required by law or stated otherwise in the applicable agreement, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use
You must use our services lawfully. You may not misuse or disrupt the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems, or use the services to infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all content, software and materials we provide remain the property of SEQ SIA or its licensors.

Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information disclosed by the other party during an engagement and use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as specified in the agreement applicable to the relevant engagement.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
