Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Lead OffSeq’s next stage of development by taking responsibility for strategy, growth and operations across the Baltics and the EU. Build a scalable commercial organisation while preserving the company’s technical credibility.
What you’ll do
- 01Own the company strategy, vision and P&L, set priorities and deliver growth across Baltic and EU markets.
- 02Lead go-to-market execution across sales, marketing and partnerships.
- 03Build and lead the team, including recruitment, mentoring and organisational culture.
- 04Manage executive-level client and partner relationships and represent OffSeq publicly.
- 05Lead operational, financial, cash-runway and fundraising decisions.
- 06Preserve OffSeq’s offensive-security focus while improving delivery and organisational growth.
What you bring
- 01Proven leadership experience as a CEO, founder, general manager or commercial executive with P&L responsibility, preferably in cybersecurity, B2B technology or professional services.
- 02A track record of growing revenue and teams in Baltic or EU markets.
- 03Strong commercial judgment across sales, marketing and partnerships.
- 04Sufficient technical understanding to lead a cybersecurity company credibly and work effectively with the technical team.
- 05Excellent English communication skills; Latvian and other Baltic languages are a significant advantage.
