Security Product Owner
Take end-to-end responsibility for one of OffSeq’s security products. Turn operational security insight into a product roadmap and deliver features that improve Radar, Breach or Guard for the teams that rely on them.
What you’ll do
- 01Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for Radar, Breach or Guard.
- 02Translate operational security insight into clear, prioritised requirements and user stories.
- 03Work closely with engineers, security specialists and designers to deliver meaningful product improvements.
- 04Conduct discovery with clients and internal teams to validate problems before development begins.
- 05Manage delivery by refining the backlog, planning sprints and maintaining realistic scope, quality and timelines.
- 06Measure adoption and outcomes and use the results to improve the roadmap.
What you bring
- 01At least three years of experience as a product owner or product manager, preferably with a technical or B2B SaaS product.
- 02A track record of taking products from concept to release, with demonstrable user adoption and outcomes.
- 03Ability to work closely with engineers and assess technical trade-offs.
- 04Strong prioritisation, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- 05Sufficient cybersecurity knowledge to manage a security product credibly; fluent English, with Latvian as an advantage.
