Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
from €3,000 / moWhat you’ll do
- Own the company strategy, vision and P&L, set priorities and deliver growth across Baltic and EU markets.
- Lead go-to-market execution across sales, marketing and partnerships.
- Build and lead the team, including recruitment, mentoring and organizational culture.
- Manage executive-level client and partner relationships and represent OffSeq publicly.
- Lead operational, financial, cash-runway and fundraising decisions.

What you bring
- Proven leadership experience as a CEO, founder, general manager or commercial executive with P&L responsibility, preferably in cybersecurity, B2B technology or professional services.
- A track record of growing revenue and teams in Baltic or EU markets.
- Strong commercial judgment across sales, marketing and partnerships.
- Sufficient technical understanding to lead a cybersecurity company credibly and work effectively with the technical team.

Senior Red Team Engineer
from €2,500 / moWhat you’ll do
- Plan and lead covert, objective-based red team operations from scoping and rules of engagement through execution and debriefing.
- Emulate real-world adversaries across enterprise and cloud environments, including Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS and GCP, by combining misconfigurations into complete attack paths.
- Build custom tools, payloads and C2 infrastructure to test the effectiveness of EDR, SIEM and other modern defenses.
- Conduct social-engineering and physical-intrusion activities where permitted by scope and move effectively between attack vectors.
- Write clear reports and brief both engineers and executives, translating technical risk into concrete actions.
- Mentor penetration testers, improve our methodology and incorporate field experience into Radar, Breach and Guard.
What you bring
- At least five years of offensive-security experience, including two or more years leading objective-based red team operations.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory attack paths, cloud abuse and post-exploitation techniques, with the ability to develop custom tools in C#, Python, PowerShell or Go.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Mythic and BloodHound, as well as modern offensive-security tooling.
- OSCP / OSEP / CRTO-grade certification, or equivalent demonstrable skill.
- Strong written and spoken English; Latvian is an advantage.

Senior Penetration Tester
from €2,200 / moWhat you’ll do
- Scope and lead black-box and white-box penetration tests covering web applications, APIs, networks, cloud environments and mobile applications.
- Develop custom exploits, scripts and tools to bypass controls and demonstrate concrete impact.
- Test manually and in depth beyond automated scanners, combining individual findings into realistic attack paths and business risk.
- Write precise, reproducible reports and guide clients through remediation.
- Help shape testing methodology, tooling and quality standards across the team.
- Mentor junior testers and review their work.
What you bring
- At least four years of penetration-testing or offensive-security experience, including experience leading engagements.
- Strong across the OWASP Top 10, network and Active Directory attacks, and at least one cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Fluency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash or Ruby, for custom tooling and automation.
- Practical experience with Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, BloodHound and comparable tools.
- OSCP or equivalent skills, together with strong technical writing in English.

Junior Cybersecurity Engineer
from €1,200 / moWhat you’ll do
- Support penetration tests, audits and monitoring under senior guidance.
- Conduct reconnaissance, vulnerability scanning and OSINT and assist with validating and prioritizing findings.
- Help prepare clear, well-structured reports in English and Latvian.
- Build laboratory environments, develop skills through CTF exercises and progress toward leading your own engagements.
- Contribute across the team; curiosity, reliability and ownership matter more than years of experience.
What you bring
- Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and ethical hacking through CTFs, home labs, education or personal projects.
- Solid fundamentals in networking, Linux/Windows and at least one scripting language.
- Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap or Wireshark.
- Eagerness to learn, rigor, and clear communication in English.
- Latvian is an advantage. Certifications such as eJPT, Security+ or OSCP in progress are welcome but not required.

- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for Radar, Breach or Guard.
- Translate operational security insight into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineers, security specialists and designers to deliver meaningful product improvements.
- Conduct discovery with clients and internal teams to validate problems before development begins.
- Manage delivery by refining the backlog, planning sprints and maintaining realistic scope, quality and timelines.
- Measure adoption and outcomes and use the results to improve the roadmap.
What you bring
- At least three years of experience as a product owner or product manager, preferably with a technical or B2B SaaS product.
- A track record of taking products from concept to release, with demonstrable user adoption and outcomes.
- Ability to work closely with engineers and assess technical trade-offs.
- Strong prioritization, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Sufficient cybersecurity knowledge to manage a security product credibly; fluent English, with Latvian as an advantage.

- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation and closing.
- Build relationships with technical decision-makers and executives in target organizations.
- Understand client needs and tailor our penetration-testing, red team and CISO-as-a-Service offerings accordingly.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate scoping with the security team and maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Represent OffSeq at industry events and grow our presence across the Baltic market.
What you bring
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in security, technology or a technical service.
- Ability to sell to both technical and executive audiences, with strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and structured, data-driven sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and an excellent communicator.
- Fluent English; Latvian and other Baltic languages are a significant advantage.
